In Loving Memory

Hazer, Daniel Joseph

Hazer, Daniel Joseph

July 15, 1985 “DASH” November 1, 2015. Daniel’s beautiful soul was called home after his abrupt battle with a long term illness. Daniel was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Daniel joins his brother Sammy in heaven, and leaves behind his  devoted father Samuel “Doug” Hazer (Jessica Hazer), his devoted mother Suzanne Duff Chambless (Steve Chambless), his Mini-me son Elijah Samuel Hazer and Elijah’s amazing mother Angela Sabatino. Daniel’s loving brothers Michael Hazer and Nick Smith and adoring sisters Tina Harrell (Damon Harrell) and Taylor Chambless will miss Daniel tremendously. Jay Little, Jacob Duff, and Bob Pauli III, were also brothers as far as Daniel was concerned and Daniel will forever be in their heart.

On Daniel’s last day, he chose the location for his wedding to his  soulmate Jeannie South, who brought Light into his life.

Daniel had an enormous extended family including the family of the Duff’s, Antalick’s, Barratt’s, Pauli’s, and Sabatino’s, all of which played such an important role in his life in various ways.

Daniel’s doting grandfather, Andy Duff, gave his heartfelt eulogy and Daniel’s Uncle RonDog Duff played an emotional tribute to Daniel’s life on a Native American flute.

Daniel’s energy and spirit filled the room at his memorial service on  November 5, 2015 at Kutis Funeral Home, and his countless aunts,  uncles, cousins and loved ones were comforted by each other and by the peace in knowing he is with his Lord and Savior.
