Beloved husband of the late Anna Lucille Goettelman (nee Geatley); loving father of Janis (Stanley Becchetti) (the late Robert) Mangelsdorf, Bruce (Janet) Goettelman, Jill Goettelman, Brian (Cindy)  Goettelman, Joyce (Joe) Stochl, and Beth (Chuck) Zeiter; adoring grandfather of Bob (Sasha), John (Sarah) and Mark (Maureen) Mangelsdorf, Megan and Eric Goettelman, Nicci (Tom) Hanes, Jake Goettelman, Luke (Lindsay) Goettelman, Monica, Rachael, and Andy Stochl, Tim, Josh, Zac and Ashley Zeiter; cherished great- grandfather of Gunnar, Augustus, Ford, Anna Rose Mangelsdorf, Braxton, Aidan, Kendall, and Tyler Goettelman; dear brother of Gloria (the late George) Bechel; our dearest  brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd, on Saturday, January 14, at 9:15 a.m. to St. Anthony of  Padua (High Ridge) for 10 a.m. Mass.  Interment at  Resurrection  Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions to A.L.S., St. Jude Children’s Hospital or deGreeff Hospice House appreciated.  Visitation Friday,  4-8 p.m.
