  3. Although we mainly knew Ken through Amateur (Ham) Radio, it was always a pleasure to chat with Jo-Ann if she answered the telephone. Her sudden passing was a shock to all of us. We offer our sincere condolences to Ken, Jessica and others in Jo-Ann’s family. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
