  9. Steve and family;

    There is no one who touched me about Jesus/God like she did. Throughout her illness, she was pretty upbeat. I asked her how she stayed true to God and was so true to the Lord even though this illness was relentless.

    She said without hesitation, “Maybe God is using me to find a cure for somebody else.” I will never forget her and her love for her family and her friends. I will miss her terribly this session of Bible Study and pray that I may learn from her and be there for others as she was.

  11. Michelle, so very sorry for your sudden loss of your mother, Brenda, as I just have caught up with my texts from Thursday, as I had an appointment that took the entire day. It was so heart warming to read other friends messages, especially the Christian woman she was. The reference to BSF was endearing, as I have been in their weekly study group for 20 years and my husband, Scott, for @ 8 years. We will never give it up, as we now “walk with the good Lord daily”. May His presence, persistence and faithfulness be with you and your family at this difficult time. We pray His stability, hope, perspective and peace will comfort you in the days and years ahead. Our love is with you and of course “my best friend, Helen,” took care of things like she always did. A true servant of the Lords.

  13. Stan, I’m so sorry for your loss of your forever friend and Sister. I imagine this great gathering of the family with your Mom and Dad front and center to welcome Brenda home. My desire is to see all the Aunts and Uncles and Granny of course, maybe our Grandfather too. My deepest sympathy for the sorrow being experienced by Steve and Michele and Laura and all the grandchildren Brenda loved so much.
