On Monday, July 5, 2021. Beloved husband of Linda Ferder (nee Bulback); dear father of Dawn M. Buhlinger and Lori A. (Kevin) Dills; loving grandfather of Megan Buhlinger, Sean K. Dills, Ethan C. Dills and late Nicholas Ferder; dear brother of Ed (Tina) Ferder and Janet (Henry) Schultz; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many. Mr. Ferder was a proud Vietnam veteran.

Services: Funeral at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Tuesday, July 13 at 10:00 a.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project. Visitation Sunday, 4-8 p.m.

  5. Uncle John – I will forever miss you. Will forever keep all of the stories you told me over the years in my heart. I promise some (not all) will be kept alive with my own children. I love you, my favorite uncle. – love, your favorite niece (though, knowing you, you said it to all of us. Ha). Going to miss you and already do!!!!

  7. John was a a great guy I loved working with him at UPS .He always made the days go buy faster . He made you laugh. And he was my instructor when I started. He taught me a lot about the trailers. So sad when he retired. But happy for him.He would talk to me about his wife Linda and children, He Loved them so much. I will miss him. God be with his family and bless them in this sad time.
