Betty Jean Edwards (86) born in Lesterville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2020.

Betty retired from Baldor Electric Company as an armature winder.  She enjoyed spending her time with her late husband, William Edwards, in Blue Eye, Missouri on Table Rock Lake.  Betty enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, quilting, cooking, camping, boating, and traveling.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Edwards; son, David (Margo) Owens, and siblings: Dewell Troutman (infancy), Ralph (Delsie) Troutman, Forrest (Sue) Troutman, Louise (Donald) Carty, Rayma (James) Midyett, Delmar Harbison, and Joann Troutman.

She is survived by siblings Nina Harbison, Smithton, IL and Carter (Lynn) Troutman Mission, TX as well as her grandchildren: Mary (Guy) Wagner, Jennifer (Nicholas) Hearne, Lora Owens, and David (Layla) Owens, great-grandchildren: Kamryn, Joey, Owen, Ethan, Devin, Emily, and Eli, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

 Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd, Monday, May 4, from 11 a.m. until time of service 1 p.m. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty’s memory to the local Humane Society.
