  1. I loved the way your dad cared for your mom, he could always make her laugh, even when her failing memory was making life difficult for both of them, he could jump back in time and revive a funny situation from their past and they would both laugh until they cried. I miss them so.

  9. I’m so sorry for your loss. Your parents were second parents for my daughter. Your dad always had a smile on his face and made me laugh. You were so blessed to have such wonderful parents.

  11. I met your Dad on Facebook. Don sent me a friend request which I ignored at first because I did not know who he was. After about 10 to 12 days, I decided to investigate and saw that he was friends with my brother-in-law. So, I decided to accept his friend request. I was so glad that I did because he and I enjoyed the same types of “shared” material. His personality glowed through what he shared and I really enjoyed his friendship. I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, but I will miss him. My sympathy to the family for their loss.

  15. We won’t be saying goodbye to our good friend today, it’s just “I’ll see ya later and save me a seat!” Don & Janice were two of the finest people we ever knew and the world’s not quite as bright without these two stars. I can only imagine Janice’s smile when she greeted Don at Heaven’s gate…with that famous “Oh Don!”
