Age 93, loving husband of Mary E. Cooksey (nee Chapman); loving father of Don Cooksey, Barb (Dennis) Kunz and Sandra (Bobby) McDonald; dear twin brother of Irvin (late Thela) Cooksey; our dear grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Ira served in WWII stationed in the Philippine Islands with his twin brother Irvin.

Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL on Friday, January 8, 11:30 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 4-8 p.m.
