Dearest husband of Judith “Judy” Collins.  Beloved father of Patrick (Julia) and Julie (Grant Henderson) Collins.  Loving grandpa of Zachary (Hannah) Hayes, Jacob Collins, Zoe Collins and Emmett Colllins.  Beloved brother Eugene, Michael (Lori) and the late Richard (survived Mary) Collins, brother- in- law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Bob served in the United States Marine Corp. in Vietnam and was a St. Louis City police officer.

Due to the pandemic no public visitation or service.  Private interment Resurrection Cemetery.  A memorial will be held at a later date.  Kutis South County Chapel.
