Carter, Thomas  Passed away Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at Mercy South.  Tom was 54 years old, born on August 30th, 1967.  He was the beloved son of Thomas and late Rosetta Carter.  Tom is survived by his brother Marty(Jodi) Carter and his half sister Laura Neumann; Dear uncle of Harrison and Nora Carter and Dear friend of Michelle Narzinski.

Visitation will be held at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63129 on Saturday January 22nd from 2pm – 4pm followed by ceremony beginning at 4pm.

  3. Tom as I called him was a childhood friend best I ever had, always had a good word and loved to bike and laugh. He will be surely missed still upset I wasnt able to say goodbye!

  11. Tom was such a great guy, he has been our neighbor for so long and such a good friend to.my son who cut his grass and all with him. He enjoyed his conversation and loved going up there. He will surely be missed and it will be sad around here without him.

Great football games on the beach in Florida. You were too tall to guard so we just hung on to you and let you drag us around while going out for a pass. No refs no foul! You will be missed by all who knew you.
