Carter, Rosetta J. “Rose” passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in Delmar Gardens South. Beloved wife of Thomas Carter. Dear mother of Laura Neumann, Thomas Carter and Martin (Jodi) Carter. Dear grandmother of Harrison and Nora Carter. Our dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, niece and friend.

Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Wednesday, January 27, at 10:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 pm.
