passed away peacefully on Sunday 2/18/2018.  She leaves many who loved her and remember her fondly.  She is survived by her husband, Jack, 3 children, Paige (Paul) Harris, Mitchell (Kathy) Harmon, and Stacie Saunders, 3 grandsons who were the lights of her life, Kirtis, Connor, and Drake, 2 brothers Ray (Kay) Clement and Elmer Clement, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Norma was born February 10, 1931 in Jennings, LA growing up in a large family with  3 sisters and 3 brothers.  After graduating from Roanoke High School, she moved to Valient, OK to live with her sister and brother in law, Nora and JT Ray. While working in nearby Idabel, OK she met Jack and they married Sept 10, 1955.  The newlyweds moved to Stillwater, OK where Jack attended and graduated from OSU, moving to St Louis in 1958.

She was active in school Mothers Club, loved to cheer on  her children and grandchildren and was a HUGE sports enthusiast.  She was the life of the “Super Bowl Parties” no matter who was playing.   She loved to sew, read, iron, and cook.  She was very loving, sweet, and funny, providing her family with many hilarious memories and practical jokes she played.  Always finding humor in being the occasional target.  There was nothing quiet about her, she welcomed everyone into her life.   She attended Concord Baptist Church and leaves many special friends who she met there.

There will be a memorial service held at Kutis Funeral Home, Affton Chapel on Saturday 2/24/2018 from 2-4pm.  She will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks Veteran Cemetery at a later date.   In lieu of flowers, the family is asking family and friends to consider donations to a charity or organization of their choice in memory of Norma.
