Claude Le Roy Sterling,87, Imperial Claude Le Roy Sterling died Sept.15,2018. Mr.Sterling was a retired Veteran and Colonial Bread Baker. Born Dec.9th 1930

Mr. Sterling had been a resident at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau for the last few years. He was a former member of The Corner Stone Church Of God in Lemay He is survived by his two children Rodney Sterling of Imperial and Claudia (Terry) Streckfuss of Imperial. 4 grandsons Scott (Sara) Streckfuss, Dale (April)  Streckfuss, Brandon and (Lora) Sterling and Christopher (Ashleigh) Sterling and 10 Great Grand Children.one Great Great Grandson.

He was preceded in death by his Parents Guy and Birdie Sterling, wife Nadine Sterling.daughter in law Debra Sterling,Great grand Daughter Hope Streckfuss, and 7 siblings Loyd Sterling,Don Sterling,Bob Sterling,Mable Edwards,Betty Kestner ,Doris Ownes, Katherine Nations.

Funeral services to be held at Kutis funeral Home (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Thur. 9/20 10AM  and he will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Association appreciated. Visitation; Wednesday 4-8
