After a two-year journey with cancer, Ann passed away Sept 11, 2018 at the age of 69, fortified with the sacraments of the Holy Mother Church. She is survived by her husband Tim and son Tim, Jr. and daughter Emily Nolan- Collier. She leaves behind two sisters, Maribeth Moeser (Jerry), Claire St. Jean (John Neu), nephews John Moeser (Jenny) and Chris Moeser. Also, a very special niece, Katie Moeser-Mendoza (Graciel) and beloved great-nephew and great-niece, John and Lily Mendoza. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Loretto St. Jean and her brother Stephen.

Ann was a remarkable woman whose teaching career with Special School District impacted a countless number of students. She had a real affection for children and truly cared for her students. She was a lifelong St. Louisan, attending St. Gabriel’s grade school, Nerinx Hall, and then on to attend Kansas University and remained an avid Jayhawk fan. She loved the Florida Gulf Coast and after retiring, with her husband, spent many a winter month soaking up the sun and surf. Ann had an unbelievable number of friends as far back as grade school and throughout her life. Ann loved her golden retrievers Hattie, Bogey and Tater. To know Ann, was to know a wonderful person who was to be a trusted friend.  She will be dearly missed by her husband, family and countless friends.

Services: Memorial visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Tuesday, Sept. 18, 4-9 p.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Providence Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 19, 10:30 a.m. Donations in memory of Ann Nolan can be made to Siteman Cancer Center, Evelyn’s House or to the charity of your choice.
