Schillinger, George R. fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Beloved husband of Nancy L. Schillinger (nee Thebeau) for 53 years; dear father of Mary Beth Schillinger (Tom Ratermann) and JoElla Hogan Schillinger; dear grand-father of Graham and Evan Ratermann and Isabella and Ben Hogan; our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend and mentor.
Mr. Schillinger was a graduate of Missouri School of Mines, Washington University and The University of Southern Illinois at Edwardsville. Mr. Schillinger suffered from a brief illness of cancer.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Sunday, August 12, 4- 8 p.m, then to Queen of All Saints Catholic Church for visitation Monday, August 13, 10 a.m. until funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Services conclude at church.
