Schillinger, George R. fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Beloved husband of Nancy L. Schillinger (nee Thebeau) for 53 years; dear father of Mary Beth Schillinger (Tom Ratermann) and JoElla Hogan Schillinger; dear grand-father of Graham and Evan Ratermann and Isabella and Ben Hogan; our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend and mentor.

Mr. Schillinger was a graduate of Missouri School of Mines, Washington University and The University of Southern Illinois at Edwardsville. Mr. Schillinger suffered from a brief illness of cancer.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Sunday, August 12, 4- 8 p.m, then to Queen of All Saints Catholic Church for visitation Monday, August 13, 10 a.m. until funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Services conclude at church. Donations to Queen of All Saints Catholic Church appreciated
