She graduated from St. Elizabeth Academy in 1963 and married William Joseph Kennebeck at Epiphany on October 14, 1967.

She lived in Dogtown for 49 years. Her artwork can be seen around St. James School and she designed the first several floats St. James entered into the annual downtown St. Patrick’s Day Parade. For many years she handmade the silk flowers and bows for all First Communion and graduation celebrations at St. James.
Kathleen loved animals and at one time her home was also home to parakeets, cockatiels, love birds, parrots, a pigeon, gerbils, Guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, fish, and a chicken.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Kathleen’s honor to either St. Louis Cathedral Concerts (www.cathedralconcerts.org), The National Alliance on Mental Illness (www.namistl.org), or St. James the Greater Beyond 28 Endowment Fund.
